The client was a pet lover and owned many pets but the client always faced a problem when it came to pet’s healthcare. The problem was that there was no tool or system to record all the visits his pets have made to a vet and the treatment and medication they have taken.
Then our client came up with this idea called Vetco, where all the problems faced by him or other pet owners can be resolved. The client was aware of what features to have but the rest of the features were decided by analysis of ChromeInfo’s Team.
Vetco is a mobile and web-based system which allows pets owners to manage all the medical records of their pet at one place. As a pet owner, one can manage appointments, medicines, treatment plan easily.
On the other hand, Vets had their own system in which they can manage their clients (pet and pet owner) and manage all the prescriptions, records and invoices easily.

Wireframes are the blueprints of the complete system and are made to understand the flow and the scenarios of the system. Our business analyst team did an intense analysis to cater all the mandatory information required to make the system.
The end result of the wireframing phase was that all the features and their flow were approved by the client and we were good to go the next step without any hurdle.
During designs, our focus was to make the user experience as smooth as possible, as we strove to build a large and scalable system. The UI phase included brainstorming with the client to understand their taste and preference.

Medical History - A vet can manage all their clients' medical information is securely stored on cloud-based server which is accessible 24/7
Electronic Prescriptions - With Vetco's predictive writing feature and intuitive design. Vets can write a prescription in less than 60 seconds.
Invoicing - Comes with a simple and powerful tool to effectively track earnings.
Multiple Clinics – A doctor can manage multiple clinic under one account and for each clinic they can manage their availability timing.
Own Medicine Database - Vets can manage their own medicine database and services database. This gives them a benefits while creating any invoice.
Vetco is the foremost practice management tool in the market. It is a simple, intuitive and secure platform tailored specifically for the Indian vet industry.
Since the project was developed for the Indian market, the changes done by the government with related to tax had to be considered in order to get the system running. Our team spent time reworking on the algorithms as the initial algorithm was written based on VAT tax whereas current algorithms are written based on GST.
There are certain factors based on which matches are made and in our case the matches are supposed to make between pets rather than human being. So, our technical experts wrote customized algorithms and logic so that a perfect match can be made.

It’s a common situation where a pet owner can have multiple pets, keeping this in mind we customised the chatting system in such a way that all matched and chats can be shown to pet owner in such a way that the pet owner doesn’t get confused or end up sending the wrong message to the wrong person.
