    eHealth is a mobile and web-based system which give facility to the patient to connect with their doctors and healthcare professional. As a patient, one could easily find a health care professional, share their medical problems or book appoints on their fingertips.

      Find Best Professional
      As a patient, a user can search for the best health care professional as by their need. Patient has to just type their symptoms based on which list of health care professionals are shown to them.
      Book Appointments
      The system allows to book an appointment from anywhere. Also, the most advantageous feature of appointment features is that a patient can book physical, chat, audio or video appointment as per their convenience.
      Chat
      Patient has the functionality where they can connect anytime with their healthcare professional through chat. A patient can post their query and can get a quick response from healthcare professionals.

      E-Prescription
      One doesn’t need to carry papers when they move around, the patient can get prescription in digital format which can be seen by them in their account. Also, a patient can just share the E-Prescription with pharmacy and get the medicines delivered to their doorstep
      Online Payments
      Have an appointment? Ordered medicines? Don’t worry when you don’t have cash. The system allows patients to make an online payment.
      Caregiver
      A user can be a caregiver for their relatives or friend. Being a caregiver one can book an appointment for their relatives or friends and on behalf of them, they can take necessary actions.
      Manage Availability
      Doctors can manage their availability schedule easily. This not only gives ease to the patient but also gives doctors to get more patient and help them to reduce whitespace in their schedule.
      Manage Services
      This feature allows doctors to manage their services which they provide to their patient. This gives ease while creating the invoice for a patient as a doctor have to just add the service name in the invoice and with respect to it, the charges are automatically added in the invoice.

      A doctor can manage all their clients' medical information is securely stored on a cloud-based server which is accessible 24/7
      Appointment Management
      This functionality allows doctors to manage their appointments easily. The Google Calendar integration gives an ease to the doctor to view their upcoming appointments and remind them so that they don’t miss an appointment.
      Manage Branches
      Hospitals can manage their multiple branches present in different areas or cities. Under branches, the hospital admin can manage staff, patients, doctors and others easily.
      Manage Doctors
      – Hospital can manage doctors and view their available slots as this gives them ease to refer a doctor to the patient when required. The other unique feature called as “Virtual Doctor” allows the hospital to search for a virtual doctor in case a doctor needed for a patient is not available in their hospital at present.

      This functionality allows hospitals to manage and see the appointments of doctors working under them.

      – Pharmacy has now digital inventory system where they can manage the stocks they have along with the price list.
      Manage Orders
      This feature allows the pharmacy to manage the orders they have received. Pharmacies can easily view e-prescription shared by patient and deliver the order as required.

      Challenge

      The security related challenge was securing the E-Prescription.

      What we did

      As the system allows doctors to share E-Prescriptions with patient, these prescriptions should be kept safe from unauthorised access. So our team made the system in such a way that for accessing the prescription one have to enter the security code also the ability to take print out of this prescription was disabled so that no one takes print.

      IMPLEMENTING MULTI-TASKING
      FUNCTIONALITIES TO EASE THE
      LIFE OF DOCTORS
      Challenge

      The client wanted us to make a feature where a doctor can do multitasking. For e.g. a doctor can have call/ video appointment and make prescription simultaneously.

      What we did

      After doing good R&D, our technical team achieved this and made the system in such a way that multitasking ability for doctors can be done.

      CUSTOMIZING THE USER EXPERIENCE

      INVOLVED.
      Challenge

      The most important challenge in this project was to follow all the HIPPA guidelines and make system as secure as possible.

      What we did

      The project was to be developed for US market so following HIPPA guidelines were must. Our Business Analyst team along with client went through all the guidelines which we needed to follow so that they knowledge can be transferred to the development team and they can customise the security of the data as needed to pass HIPPA guidelines.
