We assisted the client with full-cycle mobile app development. Five experts were assigned to this project – one Android and iOS developer each, a mobile app tester, a business analyst, and a UI/UX designer. We implemented an agile working methodology to enable faster product development and streamline tasks.Â
Due to this, we were able to complete the project within the deadline. Initially, we anticipated 10 months for the project, but we were able to develop, test, and launch the application in 8 months.
Our client owns a security company in Canada and wanted to streamline his business operations once he grew to a 1500+ member company. His business dealt with two key aspects – Providing on-ground security assistance through trained personnel, and helping businesses and individuals with the installation of electronic security systems.Â
For his company, there were two sets of employees – One set deals in security services and the other are responsible for setting up and installing security systems which are experts in electronics. So, the client wanted to manage his employees better and streamline the work for peak productivity and efficiency using a technology tool such as a mobile app.Â
The app would be responsible for assigning the job, facilitating coordination between the field employees and their managers, and logging time sheets for their job duration.
