We worked on designing and developing the web and mobile application for our client to help him manage the business operations of his 2nd hand car dealership. We helped him in creating a full-service vehicle management system that not only can help him monitor the sales of his cars, but also manage all the related aspects effectively. This platform would act like a centralized system for the business that would end up streamlining business operations, enhance the overall customer experience, and simplify the buyer journey. The client had 3 locations across New Zealand where his business operated and this software was synchronized for all of them.

We took care of the entire software development process from start to end and implemented an agile working methodology to speed up the process of high-quality software production. The team at ChromeInfotech gathered to help the client create the iOS version of the application.

About the Client

Our client belonged to New Zealand and owned a car dealership for 2nd hand vehicles. It consisted of cars (sedans, SUVs, hatchbacks) from popular brands like Hyundai, Toyota, Audi, BMW, and Volvo. When he started the business, he had a collection of only 50 cars. But as his business grew, he went on to have a collection of 2500-4000 cars in any given year. So, to manage all the business operations seamlessly and have a bird’s eye view of the sales and operations, he decided to build a full-fledged web and mobile application that would help him streamline business workflows and help him gain insights into critical business metrics. The client then came in contact with ChromeInfotech and we helped him curate a complete plan for the web and mobile app development project.

The client wanted to create an ecosystem where any customer can schedule a free appointment and get the required guidance to understand the best car they should go with. He wanted to bridge the gap between car buyers and car owners and eventually generate more sales for his dealership. He wanted to create a system where the customer doesn’t have to go to the showroom and can decide which car will be the best fit as per needs. 

So, to overcome all these challenges, our client laid the foundation of Turbo Automotive – a one-stop solution for anyone looking to buy the perfect car for their needs. It later went on to become a great success in the market as its key differentiating factors helped it stand out from other businesses and generated more sales over time consistently.
