This software solution streamlined and simplified scheduling, invitations, session access, and related clinical and billing workflows, significantly reducing the friction of managing two separate systems to cater to therapists and mental health patients. Key capabilities included calendar and list views of video sessions, automated notifications, multi-participant video groups, and session data synchronization.
The client is a leading businessman in the USA who is passionate about mental health and understands why it’s significant to improve the ecosystem where both therapists and patients can benefit immensely. The entire application has two parts: one segment that simplifies mental health practice management, while the other which simplifies video conferencing aspects.
