Our client took inspiration from SmartSheets and decided to build a field service tracking and management software that would help businesses boost productivity and maximize their efficiency. He wanted to create a digital platform that would facilitate seamless communication and connection between the business owner and the field staff. Not only that, he wanted to create an application that would simplify the business workflows and facilitate the seamless execution of tasks between the manager and on-field staff personnel.Â
He got inspiration from being in the real estate industry and noticing various challenges that led to improper communication and business workflow inefficiencies due to a lack of proper channels that can streamline the coordination between the business owner and on-field agents.Â
Hence, he collaborated with ChromeInfo Technologies and we helped him build one of the feature-rich and modern software solutions that would help him or any other business owner maximize productivity of their on-field business aspects.
We worked on building both the web and mobile app versions of the product from scratch. The project started as a Proof of Concept where we developed version 1 with only the core features. We helped the client launch the app and garnered feedback. Then, we took the challenge of building a comprehensive application with tons of features to boost the productivity of these types of businesses.Â
Our client is a successful real estate business owner who primarily deals with on-field work. It involves managing the real estate agents and coordinating business workflows with them to maximize productivity and execution of tasks. The job involves heavy communication, coordination, and management of the on-field employees to get the job done.
Earlier he used to manage the business workflows using SmartSheets but that presented with its unique set of challenges such as improper task management, difficulties in creating custom reports, inadequate progress tracking, and lack of automation to fasten up repetitive tasks.Â
Then seeing these challenges, our client decided to simplify the field work industry segment by deciding to build a custom software solution that would help any business owner streamline coordination between them and their employees which are deployed on-field.
