The ChromeInfotech team worked on building a modern and intuitive mobile application for an Australia-based client that allowed prospective tenants to discover available rental properties in a specific region, filtered by location, size, and area. The tenants can see the available properties on an interactive map in a highly distinctive manner and take a virtual tour directly from their mobile device. We built a cross-platform mobile app that could function seamlessly across Android and iOS platforms.
Highlighted features include AI-assisted search, personalization, and direct in-app agent contact capabilities. Our team took care of the entire project end-to-end. The project began as a discovery phase where we first refined the requirements and built the complete implementation roadmap. Once everything was finalized, we started working on the UI/UX designs, developed the frontend and backend, tested the app for performance and all related issues, and then lastly launched it across App Stores for users to access. Â
Our client is an Australia-based real estate company that helps bridge the gap between tenants and property owners through virtual tours. They identified a specific gap in the market where the need was to deliver curated virtual tours of the property to tenants without their physical presence and accelerate the property-finding experience. They wanted to build a complete mobile-first platform for discovering and evaluating rental properties without physically visiting them.
During their search for a reliable technology partner, they came in contact with the ChromeInfotech team, and after multiple rounds of discussions, we onboarded them to bring their technical vision to real life. This project needed specialized mobile app development expertise, and our experience perfectly fit their end goals.
