Executive Summary

We worked on building the web application for this project and the project spanned 10 months in duration. The client had a vision for this product and we helped them refine the idea through our extensive market research and competitor analysis. We deployed a team of 4 key professionals on this project which included 1 Business Analyst, 1 Full Stack Web Developer, 1 Web Designer, and 1 Software tester. We implemented Agile working methodology to streamline the project which resulted in faster development and deployment of modules.

We vigorously tested every piece of functionality to ensure the best user experience. We also curated a UI/UX that helped in seamless navigation with the best choice of layouts, fonts, color themes, etc. This product helped the client in scaling their business revenue to 2X within a couple of months because they were able to execute more deals in the same amount of time which earlier used to take significant weeks or even months.

About the Client

Our client operates a real estate brokerage firm in Australia and deals with multiple properties daily whether it’s for selling or purchasing. They deal with all types of real estate units involving residential properties, commercial spaces, and warehousing units. The biggest part of their job is to accurately evaluate the valuation of a given real estate property via thorough analysis and market research. However, they were unable to do so because of the lack of availability of a software tool that could fulfill the client’s needs.

To overcome this problem, the team of experts on the client side conducted extensive brainstorming and decided that it was viable and beneficial in the long term to build their in-house software solution to precisely calculate the valuation of a property through extensive market research.
