The project involved creating a Payroll Processing and Tracking System from scratch in line with the customized requirements of our client. The client wanted to develop a custom Payroll management system that would easily integrate with his existing HRMS and streamline and automate all Payroll operations. So, we sat down with the client, understood his custom requirements, and formulated a plan of action that involved breaking down the project into numerous modules with deadlines. Our team of business analysts, developers, testers, and project managers spent 12 months building the software from scratch and ended up creating custom SaaS software that was completely aligned with the client’s requirements.
We created the wireframes, did the frontend and backend coding, performed all types of testing to ensure complete quality assurance, and implemented agile methodology to speed up the project.
Our client was an Australian Client who operated a consulting firm that dealt with industry domains like Real Estate, Agriculture, Construction, FinTech, and Healthcare. He wanted to integrate a payroll processing and tracking system into the HRMS of his organization because he couldn’t find one that would suit his requirements. He came across multiple ready-to-use SaaS products in the market but none of them were fulfilling his company HR goals.Â

The major requirements of the client were to automate 90% of the payroll processing tasks and none of the existing products in the market were able to do that.
