Our client is a USA-based company that specializes in custom apparel, including uniforms and workwear for various types of businesses. The key components include building work clothing, hats, gloves, bags, and many other similar accessories. They sourced blank apparel from a major wholesale supplier and applied custom printing, logos, brand message, and taglines according to requirements from the end client. Earlier, they had a WordPress website through which they ran their business, but as the scale grew, it became necessary to have a dedicated e-commerce platform in line with the growing catalogue.

The WordPress website provided limited options for customizations, and also involved significant manual work to manage data, account records, and other business aspects.
