The project started with the business analysis, wireframing, and UI designing phase. This lasted for 4 months where we designed the look and feel of the web application based on the list of features and functionalities.Â
Once the client finalized the UI/UX of the app, we started the agile software development process where we carried out development, testing, and deployment of the functionalities of the interview management system in parallel to facilitate a faster software development process.Â
The subsequent months that followed were invested in launching the platform without any bugs. We ended up completing the project on time despite having more than 50 core modules to develop and implement. The client launched this application on a subscription-based model and ended up getting a customer base of more than 1000 companies within a year across Australia.Â
They later expanded their offering to the New Zealand region too and the customer base grew to 2500+ companies within 2 years.
Our client has been in the recruitment industry for more than 20 years and has hired thousands of candidates for 10+ companies. Throughout his stint as a recruiter, he observed numerous challenges in the Australian hiring space across industries and decided to jump into entrepreneurship.Â
He partnered with one of his ex-colleagues to build a customized software platform that would simplify interview scheduling and management at scale.
