Our client is a tech entrepreneur in the healthcare space and has created various businesses in the previous years. When it came to the recruitment industry, he observed a major problem in the way hospital chains hired and managed their employees across domains.

He felt that there was a need for a platform that would streamline the hiring process and make managing employees easier and more convenient. Based on his insights and market research, he decided to build a customized hiring and recruitment software for hospitals that would allow the hospital administration and management to find, hire, and retain their best employees and personnel.
