The project involved scaling an existing health insurance platform that must also have features like teleconsultation, medication delivery, diagnostic tests, and outpatient/inpatient reimbursements. Our team of DevOps specialists at ChromeInfotech took the responsibility to improve the infrastructure and the technology ecosystem for the health insurance platform to incorporate the additional required functionalities for improved patient experience.Â
After scaling the product infrastructure with DevOps, the product was able to handle additional aspects like policy purchases, prescription uploads, claims processing, and multi-family coverage management with user-friendly design for patients with chronic ailments. The project spanned for almost a year and ended up becoming a comprehensive software for patients to cater to their chronic health conditions across a spectrum of services needed.
Our client specializes in the healthcare insurance segment and wanted to build a comprehensive software platform where every patient can fulfill their insurance related needs and get access to a complete spectrum of healthcare facilities such as telehealth, mHealth, and reimbursement for their insurances.
There was a gap in the market which my client noticed and wanted to overcome that by building a scaled-up platform through their existing health insurance product. They came in touch with ChromeInfotech, built a complete blueprint on how to achieve that and our team worked for almost a year to ramp up the capabilities of the existing health insurance application through targeted DevOps techniques.Â
