We worked on developing the mobile app for both the Android and iOS platforms and the website too. Initially, we worked on developing a POC (Proof of concept) for the app with all the core features. Later when that was a great success, we started with full-fledged app development both for the web and mobile versions. Our team played a crucial role in executing the workflow and utilizing the best technologies to create a safer and more reliable payment product.
Our client is from the USA and wanted to develop a feature-rich and scalable POS software system that would make it easier for merchants to manage their sales and transactions daily. He wanted to create a multi-channel capability that could be used efficiently across stores and geographical locations. Also, to accomplish this project, the client wanted to partner with a strategic software development expert who could bring his idea to life seamlessly.Â
The client wanted to create an application that was innovative and efficient. It should be capable of handling huge amounts of transactions and records without lagging. So to achieve this feat, he wanted to create a centralized system that would control every single POS transaction and record across geographies and stores. It must have a custom interface that makes accessing features easy. The client also wanted POS system integrations to be done online and offline for better convenience and flexibility.Â
So to help the client achieve this goal, we partnered with him and his team to understand all the requirements and deliver on their goals as per expectations. The client was impressed by our way of working and communication approach that incorporated constant feedback exchange for improvement. In short, we adapted the agile model of working and helped the client launch faster in the market.
