In the initial stages of this project, we worked on building an MVP and proof of concept to validate the product idea. Once, it was done successfully, we then transitioned to building the complete software with all functionalities. Our team of Web Development experts, Software Testers, Web Designers, and Business Analysts worked on building a state-of-the-art finance and accounting-based web application for one of our clients in the USA who runs a non-profit animal welfare organization.Â
We used the Ruby on Rails technology to build this web application and created intuitive software that could handle complex finance and accounting management aspects. We implemented the agile working methodology which helped us complete this project within 8 months which otherwise would have taken more than a year.
We assisted the client with the complete software development life cycle and provided him end-to-end assistance in bringing this project idea to a real-life product. We focused a lot on compliance, application performance, and user experience-related aspects so that the employees using this software at the non-profit organization can carry out all activities seamlessly without hurdles.Â
This is a purely customized software that was further extended by the client to other animal welfare organizations through a subscription model once we handed them over the software.
Our client is an avid animal lover who operates a non-profit organization in the United States. The NPO deals in rescuing animals and taking care of their well-being through funding and donations received from fellow individuals. The client’s operations spanned multiple cities in the USA and wanted to streamline their finance and accounting department through a dedicated web software application.Â
This web application would be capable of managing all the finances and funding workflows, and ensure money management transparency to ensure correct usage of donor’s contributions to the welfare fund. The purpose of the application would be to ensure accountability and credibility rather than profitability. With these requirements, the client came in touch with ChromeInfo Technologies and we helped him build a plan to bring this idea to reality.Â
We created a project plan after understanding his precise project requirements and started working on the finance and accounting web application that lasted 8 months from inception to launch.
