We developed this full-fledged fitness software application to help our client address one of the biggest problems of the fitness industry which is customer retention. The client wanted to create a fitness software app that not only allowed trainers to give the best services but also improved the overall quality of fitness training and retained the customer for a longer period.Â
To address this issue, we strategically developed the web and mobile app version of the software where we incorporated multiple core aspects. These included helping the client increase the customer base through automated and virtual workout sessions, providing the best customer experience to keep them happy and satisfied, helping trainers build a brand for themselves and boost their credibility, and providing progress points to customers to keep them motivated.
Creating this software application brought a lot of benefits to our client such as no manual record keeping, better customer convenience and user retention, proper business management, the ability to reach out to a larger audience, regular updates on the end user progress, easy and efficient fitness assessment, customized diet plans, and much more.
Our client belonged to the United States and was a certified fitness trainer. He also owned a fitness studio where he used to train clients and help them improve their fitness. Before the inception of this software, the client used to manage everything through Excel sheets. These included managing schedules, customer data, and all related aspects. This made it difficult for the client to manage things as the customer base increased, and that is when ChromeInfotech came into the picture.Â
Our representative was on a visit to the USA and bumped into the client. The client explained all these aspects related to her business and we immediately knew that they needed a software solution to manage and scale their business.
