Today the company operates on more than 5000+ insurance agents all thanks to this software solution.Â
Our client is a third-party insurance broker in South Africa and has been in the business of selling insurance for more than a decade. He had a team of 10 odd insurance brokers and it was easy to manage them via phone or text or normal messaging apps. But then he decided to expand his business and hire more than 100 insurance agents. Then it became difficult to manage them via phone or messaging apps.Â
The client’s business was expanding rapidly in terms of revenue and profits and he decided to invest in technology that would streamline his business processes and team management significantly. The client decided to build a web and mobile app that would bring all the insurance agents under one umbrella and the manager can coordinate with each agent seamlessly.Â
