Executive Summary

We partnered with our client to build a modern and revolutionary food ordering and delivery platform for the Mexico region. Our team collaborated with the client to assist them with full-service software development for Web, Android and iOS platforms. Right from business requirements analysis to designing, development, testing, and launching, we took care of everything.

This project was very important for both the client and our team as it opened the gates for both sides to work on a challenging project given that tough competition already existed in the market. We worked very hard to build a project plan that helped the client build a food delivery platform that would challenge big brands like Uber Eats.

About the Client

Our client hails from Mexico and consists of a team of 4 partners who wanted to bring a revolutionary platform into action in the food and delivery space. They are owners of multiple restaurants and run numerous business ventures together. Earlier they were using third-party platforms like Uber Eats to promote their restaurants and get more traction. They were using these types of platforms to get customers and boost sales.

But then, they wanted to build their platform where not only they could promote their numerous restaurants but also cater to other restaurants as well. So they decided to build a food delivery and ordering system similar to Uber Eats that could overcome all the limitations they were facing while using Uber Eats. One such area was enabling the user to place multiple orders at the same time. However, they wanted to have their in-house fleet of delivery partners who would deliver these food orders to the customers.

That’s when they approached ChromeInfotech and we partnered with them to bring their idea to a real-life tech product that transformed the way people order food in Mexico.
