This platform boasts a huge network of massage therapists who deliver the best massage experience to their customers.

Using this platform, customers can book their on-demand massage service which can be scheduled just before an hour or even up to a month in advance. This marketplace platform has five-star vetted massage therapists who provide world-class massages across homes, hotels, workplaces, and events. They follow all safety and security protocols to promote a comfortable and convenient massage experience for their customers. Using the app, the customer can book the massage and pay via secure payment gateways instantly. We first understood the client’s requirements and built a complete roadmap with modules and timelines. Our team of experts developed the web and mobile app in parallel.

About the Client

Our client who hails from Mexico wanted to develop a marketplace platform for the massage industry and become a leader in the in-home massage category. They wanted to build a network of professional massage therapists and connect them with customers to strengthen the spa industry, encourage flexibility, and boost efficiency.

He observed a common problem across spas that customers were turned away because of a lack of staff on many occasions, or when the demand at a particular spa was extremely high with longer waiting periods. So, the client wanted to build a marketplace for massage therapists who can provide massage services to clients on demand and create a personalized experience for every individual.
