The client was using a lot of cab riding platforms but always felt something was missing from the overall experience of cab riding whenever he was on his work or personal trips. So, he decided to create his own cab riding application which would result in boosting the overall user experience irrespective of the time of day. His core priorities were to simplify the process of booking a cab and make the journey process more efficient for the end customer.Based on these requirements, the client connected with our team and we guided him through the entire process of planning to launch. Initially, we developed an MVP with only the core features and tested its demand.
But to everyone’s surprise, the end users showed significant interest in this product and that’s when the client decided to go all in. We made the plan, defined the modules, set a timeline, allocated the experts, and started working on this project.Â
The project lasted for more than a year and we launched a fully quality assured cab riding application which ended up becoming the favourites of a lot of customers who travel frequently. We systematically completed all the project phases by implementing the agile model of software development.
Our client is a resident of the United States of America who used to work in Uber. Throughout his tenure with the company, he came across a lot of insights regarding cab service businesses and how even Uber lacked significant features that could maximize and transform the user experience. Seeing all of this, he decided to leave the company and build his own cab riding platform and transform the way people travel for work or personal purposes. The platform eventually went on to become DANFO.
