CIWAO is a revolutionary platform in the real estate segment developed by the expert team of ChromeInfo Technologies that helps in the seamless buying and selling of properties. We worked on the mobile app design and development for the client for the iOS and Android platforms. We understood the requirements of the clients thoroughly and created a custom roadmap to get the entire project off the ground successfully.Â
The project was divided into multiple milestones and each of them contributed to the full-fledged working app that enables users to enter homes for sale or rent without the need of a property manager/ realtor. The user can visit the property anytime between 7 AM to 7 PM throughout the week to assess whether that will be a good fit as per their requirements. They don’t have to schedule an appointment.
The CIWAO system includes an electronic door lock that prevents the buyer from taking possession of the house. The system also leverages security cameras for recording which are stored on the cloud.Â
Lastly, there are multiple street signs to help the buyer reach the destination. All these aspects cumulatively form the CIWAO ecosystem through the app designed by our team.
CIWAO helps both property buyers and realtors.Â
The buyer gets a new approach to tour a house without scheduling an appointment. All they must do is get access to the house from the owner or realtor. Through the CIWAO app, the buyers can keep track of all the houses they have visited. Buyers also get access to pre-recorded videos of owners/ realtors highlighting the key features of a residential property.
The realtor/owners get to interact with potential buyers without any hassle even in the absence of the owner. They can verify the buyer’s identity, build rapport with them, save travelling time getting to the location, and get access to a dashboard where they can manage all their properties efficiently.
It’s significantly different from other real estate applications because it does a proper background check of the buyer, has electronic door lock capability, provides live monitoring of the house, and provides recorded video sessions of the house.
The project spanned more than 6 months and we ended up developing a high-tech real estate application that positioned our client at the top of their market.
Our client was in the real estate business and was aware of many software products existing in the market that facilitated various use cases. However, he identified a core problem in the market which was of unescorted property tour for the buyer without the necessity of the realtor or owner physically present at the property. So, he got the idea of building a state-of-the-art property tour platform that would create a new experience both for the buyer and seller.Â
The client came to us with the idea and features and there were numerous challenges that he wanted to overcome while solving this problem. We helped them build a custom plan with a strategy that involved first solving the core challenges and then moving to product development. We comprehensively assessed the feasibility of this product and solved for hardware and software aspects that would make this project a reality.
