Our team of software development experts worked on the client’s requirements to build a customized web application that can assist with business intelligence and decision-making aspects for the solar energy client. We worked on building the platform using agile methodology and assisted the client with full-service software development.Â
Phase 1 involved assessing the client’s requirements to understand how they will use the BI software solution to gather market insights and increase the efficiency of their sales, marketing, and senior marketing team. Based on that, we made a list of 50+ modules that required development so that the client could filter out the necessary data and see customized reports/insights to understand their market better and create strategies to capture potential clients.Â
Then began Phase 2 where we created mock-ups for each of the screens, designed system architecture, and defined the workflow sequencing between modules. Phase 1 and 2 cumulatively took 6 months, and they began Phase 3 – the development, testing, and deployment tasks.Â
We built, tested, and launched each of the modules that were planned, and over 12 months, we ended up creating a full-fledged, and quality-assured software to help the client streamline business development and scaling.Â
Our client is in the solar energy business in the USA and wanted to build a customized Business Intelligence Software Solution for his company that can assist the sales and marketing, and senior leadership team with critical strategy-making aspects on how to get more customers and increase overall market share.Â
To overcome this problem, the client decided to build a business intelligence solution that takes into aspects like data cleaning, analysis, and dashboarding to generate customized reports related to various business critical areas of the renewable energy market, especially solar.Â
The software would be multi-purpose in nature and would help the company make critical strategies to grow its business by onboarding more customers through extensive market research and analysis.
