This project spanned across creating a data and analytics platform driven by AI that consolidates large and heterogeneous life sciences datasets and leverages AI and ML models to support the sales and planning, targeting and performance optimization aspects. The platform will take syndicated and non-syndicated data, convert it into a common model and then use the AI and ML powered capabilities to conduct complex analysis and create an insightful dashboard for the end users who are basically sales team members at Life Sciences companies.Â
With AI implementation, this project binds sales activities closely with brand strategy, helps life sciences businesses to quickly adapt to changing market shifts, and enable omnichannel engagement at scale. Our team worked on building the web version of the analytics platform. The project spanned roughly 3 years where we worked on developing all essential modules driven by AI and ML capabilities to create a totally unique web analytics solution.Â
Our client is a healthcare technology entrepreneur who primarily deals with life sciences and biotech companies to create products for them driven by AI and ML to simplify complex business workflows. For this project, the client identified that biotech and pharmaceutical companies along with the broader life sciences business segment don’t have a good analytics platform that can help the sales team to improve overall company revenue and profits.
