This project revolved around developing an AI and RPA powered automation solution to simplify the extraction and validation of data from healthcare release-of-information (ROI) request forms arriving via multiple channels. Our team of experts developed a comprehensive system that uses OCR and machine vision plus NLP and rule-based extraction to populate structured data, which a human operator then verifies before automated submission to downstream claim systems.
We also implemented RPA systematically where components orchestrate logging, assignment, and API-based updates, delivering large productivity gains at scale. We developed the web version of the application leveraging AI, ML and NLP in a mainstream manner. The project took 15 months to build end to end.Â
