The project involved developing a mobile and web app where an online healthcare provider search functionality and appointment booking application were integrated into a single platform using the .NET technology. We used AI-driven search and matching to improve how patients find providers and book slots to address their healthcare issues. Users can filter providers by multiple criteria (specialty, location, plans, gender, and clinical attributes),
while the system intelligently ranks and suggests the most relevant providers and time slots based on preferences and historical patterns.
Also, by using Azure AI, we were able to power fast, context-aware search and scalable performance in the application. Our team of software development experts worked for 18 months to deliver the full fledged web and cross platform mobile app as per the client’s expectations and end business goals.Â
