Project Overview:

One of our clients wanted to develop a full-fledged file management system for his enterprise business to manage all the files and data of various employees and workers across all designations. Hence they came up to us with the idea of an interactive file management web application that we suggested to develop using the Laravel PHP framework.

• The employee can register using their company mail id and login into their account to upload and store any work-related document on the system.
• The system was developed using cloud storage. So their uploaded files and data can be accessed by the employee anywhere and anytime using confidential login credentials.
• Apart from that, the web portal had the feature of chatting and interaction amongst multiple employees. Chatting can be one to one, OR it can be in groups. An employee can share various documents to carry out their necessary tasks.
• Moreover, for the higher management, we developed a feature by the term of Digital Contracts Management. It was used to store all the contracts related to business deals and also perform digital signatures for maintaining authenticity and genuineness.

• The admin panel was designed to manage all the employees and their file uploads to the central server.
• Also, it was used to manage the conversations amongst multiple employees.
• Data security and integrity was another essential task that the admin panel performed.
