In this Project, We were required to create a Software Product which will enable Our Client's Healthcare facility to store and Manage health/medical data of every patient. To fulfill Our Client's requirements, We developed a Safe and Secure Software Solution which the medical staff can use to record as well as monitor their patient’s medical history, diagnosis, recent/past medications, treatments, visits, Health progress and many more.

• Patient information dashboard that displays all vital information about a Patient at one place, including demographics, on-going medications, health issues, etc.
• Online Patient scheduling functionality using in-built color-coded calendar.
• Functionality for filtering Patients depending on parameters such as medical conditions, age, visiting date, and so on.
• Quick one-click access to a patient's medical data from previous visits to a physician.
• Facility that allows a physician to re-issue medications prescribed on earlier visits.
• Functionality that automatically saves patient data each his/her file is opened or edited.
• Automated notification and alerting system that is customizable to cater to any condition such as notifications for patients who missed a follow-up visit, patients abnormal BP, alerts for new lab reports, etc.

Attendance Management System for Educational Establishments

The Client of this Projects owns multiple K-12 educational institutions and approached Us with the requirement of building a Software Solution that will help the teachers/administration of these schools to manage the attendance of every student efficiently. We built an attendance Management System that will streamline attendance related workflow, simplify attendance management, and save valuable time of teachers/administration.

• Attendance dashboard which provides detailed information regarding various aspects such as student sign-out location, previous absences, etc.

Accordingly, We developed a Medical Billing and Payment Management Software that can be easily integrated with other third-party Software used by Our Client, such as Hospital Management System. We designed and developed Healthcare Industry-specific features to help fulfill all the requirements of Our Client.

• Functionality for Electronic billing, which enables staff to select the services opted by a patient and which automatically creates custom charge slips that can be processed online.
• Feature for Claims Management which allows medical staff to manage as well as automate the claims reimbursement cycle process including billing, filing, updating, processing, and claims scrubbing.
• System that automatically tracks and checks the insurance eligibility of a patient before appointments.
• Financial Reporting system which generates various custom reports providing insights into the financial health of the Hospitals. These reports are generated on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
